On the Market
The Trend You Need to Know Right Now
|
|
|
Here’s a word that hasn’t described this market in a few years: options.
Inventory is up significantly across all four corridor counties — Gwinnett is carrying 35% more homes than this time last year. Newton is up nearly 29%. Barrow up 26%. That’s a real shift from the squeeze we’ve been living through.
Buyers have more to choose from, more time to decide, and more room to negotiate. Sellers who price accurately are still moving homes — but homes starting too high are sitting and reducing. The market is rewarding discipline.
If you’ve been waiting on the sidelines — this summer is worth a serious conversation. Let’s talk →

This is the kind of home that’s hard to find at this price point along the corridor — space, land, and the right zip code all in one package.
2,774 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, sitting on six-tenths of an acre in Grayson, GA. Room to breathe, room to spread out, and room for whatever comes next — whether that’s a garden, a playset, a fire pit, or just the privacy that’s harder to find as Gwinnett County has grown.
Located in the Grayson school cluster in Gwinnett County, with the corridor’s best access — close to GA-20, minutes from Grayson’s small-town feel, and positioned right at the heart of the Atlanta to Athens corridor.
At $429,900, this home is priced right against the Gwinnett County median of $419,540 — and you get significantly more land than most comparable homes in this range.

Do This Before July Gets Any Hotter

Change Your HVAC Filter — This Weekend
Your HVAC is running 10–12 hours a day in Georgia summer. A clogged filter makes it work harder, drives up your power bill, and puts you at risk for a breakdown right when you need it most. A MERV-8 or MERV-11 filter gives the best balance of airflow and filtration — you can grab one at any hardware store.
Bonus tip: make sure your exterior unit has 18–24 inches of clearance on all sides. Georgia red clay compacts and traps moisture around the base — a slightly elevated concrete pad makes a real difference over time. And if you haven’t had a maintenance check this year, schedule one before mid-July when HVAC techs are fully slammed.
